PD2 reading has two timed parts. Allow 30 minutes for the first and 60 for the second, without dictionaries.

Practise in two passes
Read the question first. Find the relevant heading, then the sentence that answers it. Write the shortest adequate answer and move on. Return to uncertain items before the timer finishes.
For the word bank and missing sentences, read before and after the gap. Check meaning, grammar and references such as den, det and de. A sentence can sound natural and still fail to connect to the next paragraph.

There are 30 reading points. Examples do not count. After practising, use the answer key to find the supporting words. Official grade conversion depends on the exam term; we show practice points out of 30.
